How does delivery work for rentals and purchases?
Delivery costs are calculated based on the item and will be displayed before checkout. For rentals, when you're ready to return your rented bag, we'll provide a return label to make the process easy. Does Ritzy Republic have a physical store?
Yes! You can visit our shop in Vicenza, Italy, at Contra San Francesco 1, where you can explore our collection of luxury bags and accessories. We also offer in-store bag swaps for our members.
Do you guarantee the authenticity of the products?
Absolutely. All of our items are authenticated, and we offer an Entrupy-powered authenticity certificate upon request for added assurance.
What is a circular fashion philosophy?
Circular fashion promotes sustainability by encouraging the reuse and recycling of fashion products. By renting luxury bags through Ritzy Republic, you're reducing waste and contributing to a more eco-friendly and future-conscious fashion industry.
How does the rental process work?
After subscribing to one of our membership tiers—Essencial, Prime, or Exclusive—you can choose a bag from the available collection. The rental period is 30 days. The first bag swap is free for Prime and Exclusive members, with additional swaps charged at €12. You'll receive the bag at home, and we'll provide a return label when you're ready to send it back. If you cancel your membership, the item must be returned within the 30 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can change your membership tier at the end of your 30-day period. If you'd like to switch earlier, please contact us for assistance.
What happens if I don't return the rented bag on time?
If you don't return your rented bag within the 30-day rental period, additional fees may apply. Please contact us if you foresee any delays in returning the item.
Can I purchase a rented bag that I fall in love with?
Yes! If you decide you'd like to keep a rented bag, just contact us to arrange the purchase, and we'll apply your accumulated credits and points.
How do I earn and use credits and points?
When you subscribe to a membership, you'll automatically receive credits—€5 for Essencial, €10 for Prime, and €15 for Exclusive. You'll also earn points on every rental and purchase. These credits and points can be used for future memberships or purchases from our collection.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership directly from our website or by contacting us. It's important to return any items rented through the membership before cancellation. Please check our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Can I sell or consign my bags with Ritzy Republic?
Yes! You can sell your bag directly to us or consign it through our platform. Submit photos and details using our submission form, and we'll review your item within 3 business days. We'll assist you every step of the way.
Is there a fee for consigning bags?
Yes, we charge a commission on items sold through our consignment service. The commission fee is outlined in our Terms & Conditions and varies depending on the item.
What happens if a bag gets damaged during my rental?
Minor wear, like small scratches, isn't an issue. For more significant damage, please contact us immediately. We'll assess the situation and work with you to find a solution. It's important not to attempt repairs yourself, as this can affect the item's authenticity.
How does the membership program work?
Our membership program gives you access to a curated selection of luxury bags. You can choose from three membership tiers—Essencial (69.99€), Prime (129.99€), and Exclusive (249.99€). The first bag swap is free for Prime and Exclusive members only. Additional swaps will be charged at 12€. You'll also earn credits and points for future purchases.

Each item undergoes a rigorous authentication process, including Entrupy verification. We also inspect all bags to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before making them available for purchase or rental.
